  • Service details you share — your ZIP code or city, property type and size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the service(s) you're interested in, scheduling preferences, and any notes you add to the quote form.
  • Communication preferences — for example, whether you consent to receive phone calls or text messages about your quote.
  • Automatically collected technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you visit, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

You are never required to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers through our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare and send you a free, no-obligation quote.
  • Contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and scheduling.
  • Provide, schedule, and follow up on the cleaning services you book.

  • Measure the performance of our advertising (including ads on Meta/Facebook and Instagram).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed to perform their function. These include:

  • Formspree — processes and delivers your quote-form submissions to us.
  • n8n / automation tools — routes your request internally so we can follow up quickly.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our forms against spam and bots.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — through the Meta Pixel, helps us measure ad performance and reach people who may be interested in our services (see Section 4).
  • Communication providers — phone, text-messaging, and email services we use to reach you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Brightlife Cleaning, our customers, or others.

4. Cookies, Tracking & Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to understand how visitors use the site.

We use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads, understand the actions people take on our site, and show relevant ads to people who have visited us. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, the pages you view, and actions like submitting the quote form.

You can manage how Meta uses your data through your Facebook Ad Preferences. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising at the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work.

5. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by telling us directly. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop service-related messages necessary to complete a job you've requested.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) transmission of data submitted through our website and limiting access to your information to people who need it to do their job. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights & Choices

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
